Tuesday, May 20, 2014 is the
annual School Budget vote.
Strategic planning and forward
thinking have allowed for the
creation of a 2014-15 School
Budget that supports quality
school programming, while
demonstrating a strong fiscal
responsibility toour community.
The overal l budget is
$22,608,985. This is a $667,148
increase from last year. Most of
these increases are attributed to
contractualandoperationalcosts.
Due to abit of increased funding
from the state, we were able to
keep our programs intact, as
well as add a fewnewprograms.

Academy
:
Next year we are excited to be
part of the Western New York
TechAcademy. This isaunique,
six year Early College/High
Schoolexperience. Studentswill
get a four year Regents-based
curriculum with an additional
focus on science, technology,
engineering and math courses.
After high school, students will
go on to Genesee Community
College to pursue a degree in
accounting, food processing or
supply chain management;
free
of charge to the student and
their family!
