Call 345-6805 or email ssc@genesee.edu Spring Semester starts January 14, 2019 Police Report 42-Year old Shah L Zajic of Batavia NY was arrested in the early morning of December 27 2018 by the LeRoy Police Department. Zajic was charged with Felony Driving while Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC .18 or more, Unlawful possession of Marijuana, Speed in Zone, and Failure to Signal. At Approximately 02:25 AM December 27th 2018, AN Officer assigned to DWI Crackdown Patrol observed a vehicle allegedly moving at a high rate of speed on Wolcott St in the Village of LeRoy. A lawful traffic stop was initiated after the vehicle also failed to use a signal while making a turn. Operator was identified as Shah L Zajic. After a subsequent investigation it was found to be that Zajic was intoxicated. Zajic was taken into custody and processed without incident. Zajic was arraigned in Town of LeRoy Court by Justice Sehm. Zajic was remanded to the Jail on $2500 Cash $5000 Bond. Zajic is due back in court on 01/22/2019 at 1PM to answer the above charges.
