Police Report The LeRoy Police Department arrested 46 year old Carla L. Catalano of 9 Mill Street Apt 1 LeRoy on 1/14/2019 and charged her with one count each of the E-Felony of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree and the A-Misdemeanor of Conspiracy 5th. It is alleged that between September of 2018 and January of 2019, Catalano did, with intent that conduct constituting the Felony of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth degree be performed, she agreed with one or more persons to engage in or cause the performance of such conduct. Further it is alleged that Catalano did knowingly possess stolen property consisting of one pump shotgun color black, belonging to the victim, with intent to benefit herself and/or a person other than the owner thereof or to impede the recovery by an owner thereof as Catalano refused to return the gun to the victim when the victim asked/ then demanded she do so. Catalano was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and released under the supervision of the Genesee Justice. The LeRoy Police Department arrested 26 year old Chazmar T. Walters of 12 Myrtle Street LeRoy on 1/15/2019 and charged him with one count each of the Misdemeanors of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree (Driving While Suspended) and Resisting Arrest. It is alleged that Walters was seen by a LeRoy patrol driving on Myrtle Street in the Village while his license was suspended 20 times. Upon approach of the LeRoy Patrols it is alleged that Walters resisted arrest by refusing to exit the vehicle after being ordered multiple times to do so, then had to be physical removed from the vehicle. It is further alleged that Walters continued to be Obstructive during the Officers attempts to walk him into the court for arraignment and further charge(s) are pending. Walters was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $5,000/$10,000 bond. Can You Spot the Missed Marketing Opportunities?
