Heale of 25 North Lake Ave Bergen was arrested on 2/11/2019 by the LeRoy Police Department and charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic instrument, an A-misdemeanor. The charge comes after a complaint on 2/5/2019 from a local car wash that Heale was allegedly slumped over at the wheel of his car in the wash bay. Upon arrival of the LeRoy Police, Heale, being on parole was allegedly slumped over at the wheel and awoken by the officers. During the investigation it was alleged that Heale unlawfully possessed the Hypodermic syringe inside the vehicle. Heale who is currently in the Genesee County jail on an alleged Parole violation was issued an appearance ticket for this crime to appear in the LeRoy Town Court on 3/14/2019. 25 year old Jeffery J. Williams of 25 Ravine Street, Rochester was arrested on 2/10/2019 by the LeRoy Police Department and charged with 2 counts of Petit Larceny and 3 count of Attempted Petit Larceny. The charges are based from an investigation which started 11/11/2018 when it was reported that numerous vehicle in the Bacon/Pleasant Street area were entered and items allegedly stolen. During the investigation, it was determined that Williams was visiting a person in LeRoy when he allegedly entered at least five different vehicles during the early morning hours, stealing items from two of the vehicles and ransacking three others looking for items to steal. Williams was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the LeRoy Town Court on 3/5/2019.
