LE ROY PENNYSAVER & NEWS - JULY 21, 2019 Oatka Festival Raffle Winners The 2019 Oatka Festival had the best weather ever, with two days of sunshine and low humidity. A wonderful opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones. Soccer is her sport: 9 year old Bailey Caton liked marching in the parade with other soccer players. Bailey is going into 4th grade in the fall. She pulled Sunday's Grand Prize Ticket, and made someone very happy. The Tickets sold out on Sunday. The Grand Prize Ticket winner was Zach Fuller. Zach lived with his family in LeRoy on East Main Street for many years. He attended Notre Dame, and recently moved to Victor, New York. He purchased a book of tickets. He received the call and had his father, Mark Fuller(pictured) accept the prize on his behalf. Bob Sullivan(left), Festival Parade Chair, payed out $2,352, the highest amount ever. Raffle Winners 5 year old Rosie Kast, LeRoy, pulled Saturday's raffle winnerl. Rosie, who will be attending 1st grade at LeRoy, enjoyed riding the ponies at the festival. Katrina Reed from Wil- mington, North Carolina, was visiting John Freeman from Caledonia. MaryJo Elmore (pictured) presented the $500 prize.
