It was nice to see everyone out and about. Special thanks go to Andrew Lathan and his wife Carrie for the tree donation. It was Andrew who years ago, saw this tree at Kodak and thought of us and how it would look in our community. It has been a fixture during the holiday season for years. Not only do they donate the tree but assist in putting the tree up. Thanks to Andrew, Carrie, and crew. As well as our DPW who help with the tree and getting up the decorations. The leaves will be picked up on a “when the opportunity arises basis.” Thank you for your patience, mother nature has not been very cooperative the last couple years. On Monday night the Board met with School Representative, Fire Department, and Clark, Patterson Lee Engineers to discuss plans and time line for the reconstruction of Wolcott St. The plan is to do the whole street starting at Rt 5 working south, starting around June 1st. We are also working on traffic and parking solutions through this time. Heads up, the solutions will not be perfect, but will be well thought out and communicated, this work needs to be done and we are doing everything possible to ease the inconvenience. “The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters.” — Audrey Hepburn
