President MaryMargaret also discussed the upcoming Every Rotarian Every Year. Anyone who has questions can speak with Jim Ellison. Jake shared she is now 30 weeks old! Today’s presentation was by Dr. Shannon Karcher of Restorative Solutions Consulting. Shannon shared her background of 19 years in education and what led her to open her own consulting business. Shannon touched on how she is consulting with districts, teachers, and parents around Special Education needs. She is driven by the fact that students need our help and parents don’t always know how to advocate for the needs of their child.
