Box 149, Caledonia, N.Y. 14423. Robert C. Westacott, 83, of Pavilion and LeRoy, passed away peacefully at home on November 17, 2020. The family would like Bob to be remembered for his commitment to the Pavilion Central School District and community, which he served with integrity, courage of his convictions and devotion to the educational mission of the students of Pavilion.
