On Dec.8, 2020, there will be an election held to fill two positions on the LeRoy Fire Department Board of Commissioners. You might not be aware of what this Commission does for the Le Roy Fire Department. It has the responsibility to set and review the budget for the operation of LFD each year. It also recommends the amount you will pay in fire tax to support the budget. I am writing this letter to inform all Le Royans of the importance of this election on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, from 6:00p.m to 9:00p.m. at the Le Roy Fire Department. All registered residents who voted in the recent local and national election are eligible to vote.
