Not only do we have Wolcott St. ripped up, but we have new gas lines being replaced throughout the village too. The waste water treatment plant project is in full renovation mode. So far we have also repaved parts of North St., Wilson St. and have finished Gilbert St. It is also our intension to be very aggressive with future street repaving. There is a proposed Industrial project proposal in the town that the village may have to provide sewer for. We still have the residential development to investigate and look into. Along with all this activity we are working on the Main St. revitalization grant. Hopefully this is progress. The Village board will be hosting a workshop on August 2nd at 7:00 pm at the village hall at 3 West Main St. to do the SEQR for the East Ave. project and the PUD zoning change. The August 2nd date is only for the SEQR review, but is open to the public. The public hearing will be August 18th at the high school auditorium at 7:00 pm. This will be your chance to voice your opinions on the project. I apologize for any miss information on meeting dates in the past, but now have a clear path. The DPW recently used the hot box to fix the Summit Street, Warner Park, junction, it seems to have come out and how long it last, but I believe this will be much better. “Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow” - Melody Beattie Mayor's Corner Lakestreet Florist & Gift Shoppe We Deliver To: LE ROY, Byron, Bergen, Caledonia, Mumford, Pavilion, Wyoming, Stafford & Batavia Teleflora Wire Service For Family & Friends Out of Town 8352 585-768-7720 110 Lake St., Le Roy COOK'S LANDSCAPING - 330-3819 Like Us On Facebook Lakestreet Florist Look at our WEBSITE for lots of ideas! www.lakestreetflorist.com
