Stevens was issued an appearance ticket and given a court date of 7-21-22 at 1:00PM, returnable to the LeRoy Town Court to answer to the charge. July 9, 2022 - Following a domestic dispute, Matthew Ianiro was arrested for harassment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the 4th degree. Ianiro was arraigned for the purpose of an order of protection in the LeRoy Town Court and is set to re-appear on 8-2-22. July 12, 2022 - At approximately 0035 Hours, Jessy L. Miller was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on the basis of one couny of Menacing in the Third Degree and one count of Harassment in the Second Degree. Miller was arraigned in the LeRoy Town Court, with an Order of Protection issued as per the Victim's request. Miller was released under supervision and is set to return to the LeRoy Town Court on 7-21-22 at 2:00PM to answer to the charges. LeRoy Police Department Press Release
