Anderson was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following an investigation of single motor vehicle crash on Linwood Rd in the Town of LeRoy. It is alleged Anderson operated the motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. Anderson allegedly lost control of the behicle which traveled off the roadway and overturned ater striking the ditch. Anderson did not sustain any injuries. Anderson was also issued traffic citations for Unlicensed Operator, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Moved from Lane Unsafely and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Anderson is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on April 4 2023 at 4:30PM. March 11, 2023 - Following a traffic stop, Roger Yencer was arrested. Yencer allegedly violated a full stay away order of protection while being the passenger in a vehicle and the victim was driving. Yencer was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and was held at the Genesee County Jail for CAP Court. Genesee County Sheriff's Office Press Release
