From October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023, a 2% will be added. No taxes will be collected after October 31, 2023. Any tax payments received or postmarked after October 31, 2023 will NOT be accepted and will be relevied on to your County tax bill. Please include your tax bill stub with your payment. Payments can be made in person at Five Star Bank or by mail to Le Roy Central School, PO Box 417, Warsaw, NY 14569. No payments will be accepted at the District. Attention Village and Town of LeRoy Dog Owners: • All dogs 4 months and older must be LICENSED AND RENEWED ANNUALLY per NYS Ag & Markets Law at the TOWN OFFICE, 48 Main Street, LeRoy. • Valid rabies certificate is required for initial license and if expired for renewal. • The cost is $5 for altered (spayed or neutered) and $13 if not. • Town Clerk’s Office will send notices of renewal and a reminder notice. • Please notify Town Clerk’s Office if you no longer have your dog(s) or if you no longer reside in LeRoy. If you are the owner of a dog(s) that is not currently licensed or you have a renewal that is past due, please come to this office to avoid potential court action and additional fines. Genesee Co.
