The TANYS Board and Festival Committee would love your input and insight on your experience. There are three different evaluation forms for the Festival in both hardcopy and electronic formats. They will only take you a few minutes to fill out, but they provide valuable information that will help TANYS as we plan future festivals. People’s Choice ballot: this form must be turned in immediately after the last performance on Sunday. In order to vote, you must have seen each performance throughout the Festival weekend. This ballot allows you to vote for one favorite production. It also allows you to vote for up to four outstanding performers for the weekend (include both character and actor name). Since this form is only available in hardcopy, make sure you bring it with you to turn in to the box office after the conclusion of all performances on Sunday morning. This ballot directly leads to some much-coveted awards for some of our Festival participants. Festival Evaluation form: please complete this form as soon as the Festival is over and turn it into the box office before you exit. This form gives TANYS valuable input from the perspectives of both performing companies and attendees. We want to know what Festival events you participated in, what you liked and what you thought needs some improvement for our Festival next year. We want your feedback on performances, food and festivities, and some organizational things, such as registration practices and scheduling. We are especially interested in hearing your opinions about the return of workshops to the Festival format. The Festival Evaluation can be completed online as well as at Festival but it's preferable to submit it before you leave. Festival Adjudicator Evaluation forms: please complete an evaluation form for each adjudicator. Both TANYS and the Adjudicators look forward to these evaluations for planning for future Festivals, in addition to opportunities for growth. Our Adjudicators are professionals who are brought in to help our member organizations and event attendees grow in the theatre arts and we look forward to repaying the favor with your evaluations. If possible, please complete each Adjudicator Evaluation form onsite and turn it in at the Festival box office before you leave. We'll also offer an online evaluation form; instructions will be published in the Festival program. We look forward to hearing your input on all elements of the TANYS Festival, so we can use it to bring you the best Festival experience possible in future years. Evaluate your TANYS Festival TANYS Awards BANQUET information The TANYS Awards Banquet will be held Saturday night, November 11 at the Italian American Civic Association, located at 192 Bellew Avenue in Watertown. This location is also known as the Italian American Club. Bellew Avenue is the street between Arsenal and Coffeen Streets. There is a parking lot on the premises, 1.2 miles from the Fairfield Inn. The location has an attractive banquet room and was just freshly painted. A cash bar will be available. Menu is as follows: • Salad • Rolls / Butter • Italian Style Beans • Chicken Parmesan • Sweet Italian Sausage with Peppers • Pasta with Non-Meat Sauce • Cannolis for Dessert • Coffee/Tea will be available Special dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan etc.) can be accommodated with advance notice.
