(PLEASE DO NOT RAKE LEAVES INTO THE ROAD) The program will be effective until December 1, 2018. From that date leaves will have to be bagged and placed to the curb on Wednesdays. The Victor L. and Maudaline L. Charitable Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of grant funding for 2019.
