Johnson 21 years of age of 27 Holland Ave, Batavia. It is alleged that Johnson stole the wallet from a fellow employee while working at a location in the Village and then attempted to use the card in the City of Batavia. The investigation concluded on 11/6/2018 when Johnson was arrested by the LeRoy Police and charged with one count of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and release to appear in the LeRoy Town court on 12/3/2018.
