A selected team of 5th and 6th
grade boys from LeRoy won the
annual Keshequa Tournament
this past weekend. The LeRoy
team finished with a record of five
wins and one loss and avenged
their only loss by beating an
undefeated Corning East team in
the championship game, 21-16.
In the title game LeRoy’s re-
bounding and team defense was
the story. Outstanding defensive
efforts were turned in by Cineque
Robinson, Chase Bordinaro,
LeRoy Wins 5th/6th Grade
Boys Basketball Tournament
Giovanni Caccamise,and Aidan
Robinson. Jake Hill, Grant Gilli-
gan, Ryan Friend, and Cody Lytle
were the offensive stars.
Friend, Lytle, and Hill were
selected for the All-Tournament
Team. LeRoy was coached by
Frank Bordinaro, Bob Hill, Brent
Friend, and Jerry Robinson. The
team would like to thank all the
families of the players for making
the tournament a great experience
for the boys!
