The Stafford Historical Society’s, Wednesday, April 27, 2016monthly
meeting
at 7:00 pm at the town hall at 8903 Route 237, will feature our local
resident, Helen Batchellor. She will be giving her views of “What it was like in
America: 1940-1950”--The clothes of the era; what it was like locally during the
War; the cars; the entertainment; and the other areas of interest. For thosewho

The Stafford UnitedMethodist Church is working in partnershipwith
Foodlinkof Rochester
to sponsor the Foodlink FreeMobile FoodPantry. Itwill
be held on Friday, May 6 from 4-5:30 pm at Emery Park, located at 6061 Rt. 5 in
Stafford. The exact items are not known, but fresh produce is always available.
Food is distributed on a first-come, first-servedbasiswhile supplies last. There is
no income or ID requirement but recipientsmust be 18 years of age and provide
theirownbagsand transportation.

are planning a day trip to Auburn, NY
on Tuesday, June 14th. The cost per personwill be $75.00 andwill include bus
transportation; a tour of theWillard Chapel well known for it’s original Tiffany
