08/17/2015 - 45 year oldStephenE. Couglar ofWayland, NYwas
arrestedonAugust14,2015by theLeRoyPoliceDepartment.Couglar
was chargedwithUnlawful Possession ofMarihuana, a violation.
Couglarwasstopped followinga traffic infractionandwasallegedly
found inpossession of a quantityofmarihuana.
Couglarwas issuedanappearance ticketand isscheduled toappear in
theLeRoyTownCourtonSeptember21,2015 toanswer to thecharge.
08/17/2015 - 39 year oldErinKDouglas of Lyell Ave, Rochester,
was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on August 15, 2015,
andchargedwithDrivingWhile Intoxicated, aClassAMisdemeanor,
DrivingWhile Intoxicated while having a BAC of .08% or more, a
ClassAMisdemeanor, AggravatedUnlicensedOperation, aClassA
Misdemeanor, FailureToChangeAddress, aViolation, andSpeed In
Zone, aViolation.
Douglaswasarrested followinga trafficstop forallegedlyspeeding
in zone. After a brief investigation Douglas was allegedly found to
be intoxicated.
Douglas was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court by the Hon.
Daryl Sehm. Douglas was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in
lieu of $750.00 bail and is to return back to court on September 17,
2015 at 1:00pm.
