08/23/2015 - 21 year old Scott D. Fairfield of Maple Avenue,
Batavia, was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on August
23, 2015, and chargedwithone count ofDrivingWhile Intoxicated,
a Class AMisdemeanor, and one count of Driving with a BAC of
.08 of 1% ormore, aClassAMisdemeanor.
Fairfieldwasarrestedafteranofficer initiated reportofasuspicious
condition. After a brief investigation it is alleged that Fairfieldwas
under the influence of alcohol.
Fairfieldwas issued theappropriate traffic tickets and is toappear
in the LeRoy Town Court on September 21, 2015 to answer to the
charges.
08/23/2015 -22yearoldDezaraeP.Benedict ofBigelowAvenue,
Silver Springs, was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on
August 21, 2015, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a
Class AMisdemeanor, DrivingWhile Intoxicated while having a
BAC of .08% ormore of Alcohol, aClassAMisdemeanor, Failure
toKeepRight, aViolation, andDrivingwithan InadequateMuffler,
aViolation.
Benedict was stopped for allegedly failing to keep right. After a
brief investigationBenedictwas found to be intoxicated.
Benedict was issued several traffic tickets and is to appear in the
Town of LeRoyCourt onSeptember 21, 2015 at 1:00 pm to answer
the charges.
25 year old Steven A. Miller of Clark Street, Spencerport, was
arrested by the LeRoy PoliceDepartment onAugust 22, 2015, and
charged with DrivingWhile Intoxicated, a Class AMisdemeanor,
DrivingWhile Intoxicatedwhile having aBAC of .08% ormore of
Alcohol, aClassAMisdemeanor, andSpeed inZone, aViolation.
Miller was stopped for allegedly speeding in zone on Wolcott
Street in theVillage.After a brief investigationMillerwas found to
be intoxicated.
