Open Letter To The Public
Recently,TheGeneseeConservationFoundationpurchased
approximately 118.5 acres from the Town of LeRoy. This
land is off Neid Road, and was previously know as “The
WoodDump”.
This notice is to informyou that this land is nowprivately
owned by the Genesee Conservation Foundation, and not
open to thepublic. This land aswell as theoriginalGenesee
Conservation Foundation property is posted, patrolled and
maintained bymembers of theOatka Fish andGame Club.
Additionally, land know as “The Sumac” off Circular Hill
Road is privately owned, posted, patrolled and maintained
by theOatkaFish andGameClub.
In an effort to prevent futuremisunderstandings, andwith
the2015deer season fast approaching,pleasebeadvised that
these abovementioned properties are for the sole use of the
Oatka Fish andGameClubmembers only. Any person, not
a member of the Genesee Conservation Foundation, or the
OatkaFish andGameClub foundon anyof theseproperties
will be subject to arrest for trespassing.
