Schoolbreakfastwillenergizeyou

ahealthystart.Anutritiousbreak-
fasthelpsstudents tobemorealert
so they can learnmore in class. It
is packedwithplentyof vitamins
and nutrients for a strong and
healthy body and mind. School
breakfast always includes fruits
and fruit juice, whole grains, fat
free or low fat milk, with limited
calories, fats, and sodium.

work? Students arrive at school
and come to the cafeteria to pick
up individuallywrappedbreakfast
items,place them inabagand take
them to their classrooms to eat.
We anticipate that this will be a
popular program for all. Break-
fast at the High School will be
served in the cafeteria from 7:25
am – 7:45 am Breakfast Prices
are: K-6 $ 1.40 and a $1.45 for
grades 7-12. You won’t find a
healthier breakfast at such a low
cost anywhereelse. Inaddition, if
you qualify for free and reduced
price meals, you also qualify for
the breakfast program with no
additional paperwork.
